Welcome to Aftermath Cleaning LLC. By using our website or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

We provide residential, commercial, post-construction, and short-term rental cleaning services based on the details agreed upon at booking.

Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide accurate information and ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the scope and condition of the space. Final pricing may change if the actual conditions differ from what was disclosed. Payment is due as agreed upon before or at the time of service.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction

If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern. Re-cleans, spot cleaning or refunds are handled at our discretion.

Damage & Liability

Any damage must be reported within 12 hours of service. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or pose a risk to our team.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
